Hi, I’m Nascia Graham PMHNP

Welcome to Yes in Psychiatry, where I offer personalized mental health treatment as a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner.  I am licensed to treat patients in Florida, New Mexico, Oregon, Washington State, & Wyoming, now being done remotely as Telepsychiatry or Telemedicine.

My focus is on assisting adults and children dealing with Anxiety, Depression, Bipolar disorder, and PTSD to enhance their quality of life. I also have a special focus on working with patients who have neurodivergent conditions such as ADHD, Autism, Down syndrome, and other developmental disabilities.

As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I have extensive clinical experience treating patients across their lifespan – from childhood to adulthood. I also have a special interest in working with those individuals who struggle with complex traumas.

If Trauma is a Concern – I’m Here to Help

• Feeling like they don’t belong, grappling with a sense of being misunderstood.
• Trapped in a survival mentality, where past trauma dictates their present.
• Wrestling with negative thought patterns, identity crisis, and confidence issues, compounded by the challenge of navigating and embracing two distinct cultures.
• Maintaining a distance from friends, loved ones, and colleagues.

I firmly believe in holistic healing, recognizing that true wellness stems from treating patients comprehensively—mind, body, and spirit.

As a trauma survivor, and a former special education teacher, I bring a unique perspective to my practice. My greatest asset lies in my genuine ability to connect with others and respect their preference to formulate an effective treatment plan. With understanding, empathy, and expertise, I am dedicated to guiding you towards improved mental health and overall well-being.

For Parents

• Observing your child lagging behind academically.
• Noticing your child becoming easily overwhelmed or frustrated.
• Witnessing your child struggling to form friendships.

• Continually worrying over the looming possibility of the next crisis.
• Experiencing exhaustion, burnout, diminished motivation, and a sense of being overwhelmed, particularly in professional and social environments.
• Struggling to derive pleasure from activities they once cherished.
• Restlessness, persistent fidgeting, and difficulty in unwinding.
• A mind that often feels like it’s switching channels without control, akin to not having the remote.
• Challenges in translating ideas into action.
• Inattentiveness hinders participation and success in meetings.
• Falling behind on emails or neglecting to respond to messages.

My Approach

My goal is to support in reclaiming their resilience, rediscovering your sense of purpose, nurturing healthier relationships, and improving their academic and professional performance. I employ an integrative approach that integrates various methods, including medication, supplements, therapy, and lifestyle coaching, to deliver comprehensive care that is specifically tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual.

In addition to serving patients from diverse backgrounds, I am adept at delivering culturally competent care to immigrants through a compassionate and understanding approach.

Mission: My mission is to empower individuals facing mental health challenges across their lifespan to lead fulfilling lives. I achieve this by offering comprehensive and innovative medication management solutions within a safe and non-judgmental environment.

Vision: I envision a world free from the stigma surrounding mental health, where every individual has access to effective medication management tools that foster healing, resilience, and well-being, regardless of their psychological conditions. This enables them to thrive optimally in all aspects of their lives.
